What’s on: Caffé Culture 2017
Caffé Culture is back again, running from the 23rd to 24th May at Kensington Olympia. The event is renowned for it’s inspiring master classes, artisan coffee and food products and technology services. Here’s what’s on at this year’s show.
Caffé Culture is a must-visit event for coffee shop owners and hospitality sector buyers looking to source products and services whilst keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends. The event is held annually at Kensington Olympia and is sponsored by some of the biggest hospitality magazines including EAT. DRINK. SLEEP., The Caterer, Big Hospitality and Ooh.
This year, visitors of Caffé Culture can take part in a new element – Caffé Connections – a unique conference area. Caffé Connections explores the current state of the café market through panel debates and keynote speakers, hosted by high-profile figures from the coffee and food sectors.
In addition to inspiring talks, Caffé Culture will also be home to a Masterclass Theatre, The Independent Coffee Roaster’s Village and an Artisan Food Market.
Coffee shop owners will have the opportunity to enjoy over 30 mini-masterclasses from innovative cocktails to tea-tasting challenges and also, have the chance to ask a panel of coffee gurus their most complex questions.
Meanwhile, The Independent Coffee Roaster’s Village is the perfect place to understand the large variety of coffee blends from some of the industry’s most passionate people. Visitors can gain insightful knowledge on coffee variations to educate customers and increase their credibility.
Whilst a large portion of the show is focused on coffee, there is also an expansive range of artisan food exhibitors offering fresh alternatives to your usual sourcing methods. Brands including Willie’s Cacao, Great British Biscotti and Honey Berry will be in attendance with some of their finest food samples for you to try.
We’re looking forward to visiting Caffé Culture this year as trade visitors, exploring the latest food trends, attending talks and getting in our caffeine fix! Stay tuned for our highlights of the Caffé Culture Show 2017.
