Introducing one of our recently completed interior design and fit-out project based in Eastcote, TAG Drinks, is an innovative concept offering an extensive range of tea-based drinks, using, a ‘tea shot’!
The newly opened café is the brain child of Hovig, whose passion about the world of tea shines through the brand. “Tea has fallen into a trap of being old fashioned and traditional which is why coffee is at the forefront of the industry at the moment.” Determined to contemporaries the perception of tea, Hovig approached Catersales to help realise his concept.
The new establishment that primary serves an enriching tea experience in North West London, targets a varied market for people of all ages and class. “It’s not about being elitist, it’s got to strike a balance that your nan would feel just as comfy as teens and their groups of friends.”
Interior Design
TAG’s interior design is designed to feel contemporary, comfortable and welcoming to all.
Catersales worked closely with Hovig to establish a clear design brief, tailored 2D layout plan. Our design team then created a seat of 3D interior and exterior visualisation before our building team could implement the fishes and fixtures ensuring a seamless and efficient service throughout the process.
Our client required a quality and contemporary fit-out with many items made bespoke such as the impressive diagonal plank solid oak wall, counters and stylised menu boards.
The shop adopts a variety of seating to fulfil different customer preferences, including comfy lounge seating, alongside bench seating and a casual high bar area. The walls are finished in dark blue to complete TAG’s existing brand design, with the lower sections cladded to provide durability.
We’re excited to see TAG flourish and grow in popularity with its North West London market. Definitely check out their innovative range of ‘TAG Tea Lattes’ – a tea shot with frothy milk for a rich and warming brew. Or, indulge in their extensive range of loose-leaf teas.
