Our client was experienced in the food retail sector but wanted to branch into the food-to-go market. When a fish and chip shop went up for sale next door to an outlet of his, he seized the opportunity and came to us to make it happen.
The concept was to become a high street food hall for takeaway offerings, bringing a variety of the best of British Friday night takeaways under one roof. We developed the branding for the concept to realise this idea.
The interior design was conceived to create a unified and clean space, with an efficient customer flow that allows people to move between different concessions seamlessly and without obstructions. The design incorporates vibrant blue and yellow colours, along with industrial elements and abstract artwork, to offer a fun and modern interpretation of a classic British takeaway shop.
We were trusted to realise the project with the full scope of M&E, all FF&E, and manufacturing of all specialist finishes, counters and extraction systems. The project was delivered on time against all odds during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The result has been a one-stop shop for locals in search of a takeaway that pleases all the family and is going from strength to strength.
