Fresko
We took an authentic Greek yoghurt bar from Greece and redesigned it for the London market. We combined a mix of genuine charm, a fun brand personality and Mediterranean-inspired materials to create a fresh, authentic and modern space.
We were approached by Sofia to help her to bring her Greek yoghurt brand to the UK market. With 2 successful Greek stores already, we carried out a rebrand to ensure Fresko suited the London market as perfectly as possible.
The emphasis for the brand and interior was on being authentic, and organic in form but modern and not cliched. Although the site was in a fantastic location in Covent Garden, it had a listed frontage and a very awkward proportion.
Blending warm, soft tones with textured whites to create a fresh and sophisticated interior ambiance.
We had an great time working on this phenomenal project for Sofia! It not only allowed us to diversify our portfolio but also brought the exciting addition of a fun and authentic Greek yogurt dessert parlour to the heart of Covent Garden.
We worked hard to maximise the space and configuration of the shop by designing a custom counter incorporating refrigeration and ambient toppings service along with a retail provision. We installed false beams as well as a flowing organic stone wall to bring softness to the seating area.
The result was an authentic yet modern shop that feels incredibly welcoming and transparent. Fresko have gone from strength to strength and a year on have 2 Westfield kiosks alongside their Covent Garden store as well as launching corporate events.
