Lindfield Coffee Works
Our long-term partner, entrusted us to set up their roastery. Now, a beloved artisan coffee bar and specialty roastery in the heart of Sussex, we’ve enjoyed watching their brand evolve and grow.
We originally met Kris back in 2015 when he took the plunge to take on a small coffee roaster hidden down a backstreet of Lindfield. He was taking on a new large unit which we helped to design and build. Fast forward 3 years, the business had proved its viability, and generated cash flow and it was time for a redesign and reinvestment to add a food offering, so we fabricated a new custom back bar to improve service efficiency and workflow.
An eclectic and artsy interior design scheme celebrating exposed elements and raw materials. We got the opportunity to play around with fun colours and textures, resulting in a casual and friendly environment that fits into an industrial rustic style.

Following that, in 2020, it was clear that the food offering needed to be expanded, so we undertook a complete refurbishment including the building of a new kitchen, a brand new custom coffee and food counter as well reconfiguration of the roasting/packaging area.
Due to the ongoing success and expansion of the Roastery, the roasting operation was relocated to another site with more space and in 2023, we expanded the seating capacity into the area which the roaster occupied as well as adding a brand new retail counter where customers can chat about coffee and buy product.
Lindfield Coffee Works is a Roastery, coffee shop and hub of the community which people travel to from far and wide.
