Mitsuryu
A Japanese restaurant with several locations across London, including Wembley Park, Chiswick, and Hampstead. Our goal was to craft a brand identity that captures the essence of Japanese culture—authentic, premium, and playful—while reflecting the vibrant spirit of Mitsuryu.
The client came to us with a vision: to offer affordable yet delicious Japanese cuisine that would be accessible to everyone. Through close collaboration, we elevated this idea into a high-quality Japanese dining experience that delivers both exceptional flavour and value.
The interior showcases a minimal yet contemporary design, blending industrial, rustic, and Scandinavian influences. Natural wood, exposed brick, and thoughtfully curated details come together to create a warm, inviting atmosphere with a modern edge.
To enhance the authenticity of Mitsuryu’s dining experience, we proposed floor-to-ceiling brick walls, while keeping the ceiling and flooring untouched to preserve the raw, industrial vibe. The counter was designed with wooden slats to seamlessly blend with the restaurant’s aesthetic, complemented by pendant lighting to elevate the atmosphere. The result is a warm, stylish space that truly resonates with the local community, making Mitsuryu a go-to destination for both food and ambiance.
