We were brought in for our expertise in efficiency, service model development and interior fit-out. The space suffered from poor customer flow that was restricting takings and limiting its private hire potential. We proposed a radical new scheme which completely changed the service model as well as relocating the entire service point.
The interior design was strongly focused on complementing the setting and creating a space suitable for private hire and events. The calming, wholesome, and natural interior design is evident in the colour palette, finishes, and patterns selected throughout the space, resulting in a homely and slightly eclectic design scheme.
We carried out an extensive refurbishment of the building including replacing the entire rear of the sunroom with timber framed bifold doors, restoring a timber framed glazed gable end, and extensive toilet block reconfiguring and removing a large chimney breast.
The interior is designed to exude a sense of joy and calmness, infused with subtle charm inspired by the natural surroundings of the park.
Following the construction phase, we moved to interior fit-out, fitting a custom counter with a built-in solid surface tray slide, bespoke bench seating, graphic implementation, remodelling the kitchen, installing a new cold room and supplying all interior FF&E.
The result was a successful new service model which had a much higher capacity and allowed the owners to broaden the menu, improve service and push the private hire side of the business further.
